Organisational Sustainability Inventory - We are working in conjunction with the Macquarie University, Institute for Sustainable Leadership (at MGSM), to develop and pilot an Organisational Sustainability Inventory. This inventory is based on 10 years of study by Professor Gayle C. Avery and Associate Professor Harald Bergsteiner, in which they have identified 23 sustainability practices. The purpose of the inventory is to assess your organisation's current practices, compared to the 23 identified sustainability practices.

We administer the inventory online and consult to create a map for future organisational development.

Strategic, Business and Team Planning Workshops - We facilitate workshops to clarify what results the group wants to achieve and how they will need to work together to make those results happen. These programs can be aimed at the strategic or operational level and are customised to meet the needs of the organisation.

We have conducted workshops for Boards, professional services management teams, regional service teams and operational teams in recent times.

Learning & Development Frameworks - We work with internal HR teams to design, enhance and align your existing learning and development efforts to achieve your strategic outcomes.

We also work with suppliers - trainers and speakers - to translate their ideas and concepts into competency or operational management language and streamline workshops and training programs so they have a logical flow to them.

Outsourced L & D - We have designed and implemented L&D frameworks for a number of financial services organisations and we are effectively the "outsourced L&D department" for a number of smaller organisations.
