Facilitating
Get everyone on your team involved in important discussions, while we keep track of the time, the ideas and your desired outcomes.
Shape ideas into actions. Find task owners who commit to take action on agreed outcomes. Set up reminder systems to share progress and keep on track.
Collaborating
Slow down to build relationships and trust. Speed up decision making and reduce frustration.
Work together and get important things done, in the face of uncertainty.
Encouraging
Use the power of group accountability and group coaching.

About Us
Hi, I’m Sharon McGann – a change agent / facilitator / adult educator / coach. I’m passionate about collaborating to create communities and businesses we want to live and work in – where considering people, the planet and purpose contributes to sufficient profit and an enjoyable lifestyle.
I love encouraging people who want to make a social impact – whether that be inside their organisation, through their business, or in a community leadership role. Are you a leader, owner, or skilled professional who wants to make a bigger impact through other people? I create opportunities in projects, trainings, workshops and facilitated group coaching, to build and practice the people skills that make collaborating and social impact more likely and satisfying.

And I’m Paul Worth – a leadership and productivity expert who’s passionate about releasing people’s potential both at a personal and leadership level. In productivity training and business coaching, I work with individuals and teams to show them how to reduce the stress and feelings of overwhelm as they get more done together.

A Passion for Results is for people who want important results with less frustration, in a world where we no longer have the illusion of complete control. Where the ‘new normal’ will most likely include a significant ‘work from home’ component. As employers, employees and freelancers, we can embrace the benefits, while minimising the barriers.
Productivity is a key. When we focus on our ‘important’ results and feel we have some control over our workload, then work – and life – become more enjoyable.

People skills are not ‘soft’ skills, they are ‘vital’ in today’s fast-changing world. ‘People’ logic differs from technical, financial or business logic. Understanding ‘people logic’ – our values – helps leaders and experts to express what we know and need, in a way that encourages others to take action, not ‘take offence’.
Just like sport, our social muscles require regular practice to get stronger and our actions more graceful. Classroom learning and case studies are a great start … and then we need space & time for regular practice, so we learn to embody new ways of responding.
